We are looking for energetic, flexible, and caring people to join our team! W.O.R.C. supports adults with developmental disabilities at their jobs in the community. We have been working in and around Dane County since 1983 with a focus on rural communities.

We do provide transportation for our clients, so you must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance. Some personal care by you may be required. Mileage reimbursement is paid for work miles driven during the work day.

If you are looking for a flexible schedule that offers variety with a Monday through Friday work week, no evenings or weekends, W.O.R.C. might be the place for you!

Salary starts from $17/hr, benefits include health, dental, and life insurance, prorated PTO and paid holidays.

We are looking for full-time and part-time job coaches.
